Betty is a full-service Association Management Company (AMC) specialist and nonprofit consultant with a deep understanding of the inter-workings of nonprofits and associations, including helping organizations grow, streamline operations, and enhance financial sustainability. With expertise in strategic planning, revenue optimization, governance, and event management, she empowers trade associations to achieve long-term success.


With 11 years of paralegal experience, she brings a strong legal and compliance perspective to association management, ensuring organizations adhere to industry regulations while optimizing their operations.


Betty has been a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in nonprofit consulting, non-dues revenue strategies, program development, and marketing and Canva trainer. 


She is passionate about mentoring association leaders, strengthening financial health, and helping organizations maximize their impact.

Kaity is a full-service Association Management Company (AMC) specialist and has more than 15+ years of experience in association management. Hired as a receptionist at an association management company while attending college, Kaity soon took on additional duties. Within a few years, she was running the office. Kaity started her own association management company, C&R Management, in December 2018. What Kaity loves most about her job is seeing associations run more efficiently, grow, and make the world a better place. As for her, she gets immense satisfaction when clients are happy with the results they set out to achieve. With her & her team’s help, growth and prosperity are possible.

The frontier days of the Web were fun and taught him a lot about how websites could perform effectively for businesses. He’s been doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) long before they even had a term for it. Now he provides website design and development services for a variety of businesses and organizations both large and small. He is equally comfortable with raw code or working with mature Content Management Systems. Best practice design standards are a significant part of his daily routine.
